We want you to love what you chose to experience, however if at all you decide to return anything you buy online can be returned or exchanged within a week of your receiving it, as long as the product is unused and all the tags and labels are in place.

PS. In case of some specific Décor items and Custom made products we do not accept any returns.

Upon receiving we will inspect the product and if the product is damaged or not as on website we will bear the cost of courier charges.

Soon after placing an order, if you were to change your mind, please mail us at rashmi@viralboom.net to cancel the order. Please do so within 24 hours of placing the order, so that we can withhold the dispatch.
